Fusee Atelier ("we", "us", "our") operates a watch and clock repair workshop at 43 Jalan Kota Laksamana 4, 75200 Melaka, Malaysia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data provided to us through our website and in the course of workshop services. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

When you contact us through the website enquiry form, we collect the following:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number (if provided)
- Description of the piece and the enquiry (if provided)
When you bring a piece to the workshop, we record the piece description, agreed programme, and service notes in a paper register held at the workshop. We also collect usage data through cookies when you visit our website — see Section 5 for details.
The legal basis for processing personal data submitted via the enquiry form is your consent (by submitting the form). Data recorded in connection with a workshop service is processed under the performance of a service agreement.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry and advise on applicable programmes
- To schedule intake appointments and communicate during the service
- To maintain a paper service record associated with the piece
- To notify you of completion and arrange collection
- To analyse anonymised website usage for site improvement purposes
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal data to any third party. If you provide your email address, we may use it to follow up on an open enquiry, but not for any other purpose without your separate agreement.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties except in the following circumstances:

4. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is sooner. Workshop service records are held for 7 years from the date of service, as required for business accounting purposes under Malaysian law. Paper records held at the workshop are stored in a locked register not accessible to the public.

7. Your Rights Under Malaysian PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

- Withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of prior processing)
- Object to processing for direct marketing
- Lodge a complaint with the Department of Personal Data Protection Malaysia (JPDP)
